Pokharel was arrested on December 25. The police completed the investigation against Pokharel within 12 days and submitted the investigation report to the public prosecutor's office on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the public prosecutor's office registered a case against Pokharel with the claim of refund of 38 lakh 80 thousand and the same amount of money and maximum imprisonment in the fraud case.
