Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality has implemented an interest subsidy program for farmers. Interest subsidy program has been implemented from the budget of the financial year 2081/82.
According to Municipal Agriculture Branch Head Tejprakash Jaisi, 5% interest subsidy will be provided for loans up to a maximum of five lakh rupees to young entrepreneurs who are willing to work professionally in the agriculture and animal husbandry sector of the city. Jaisi said that the application should be submitted before January 10th. "For the current financial year, a five percent interest subsidy program has been implemented for loans up to five lakh rupees," said Jaisi, "for this, a proposal has to be submitted by January 30."
