Sabhapokhari rural municipality-6 Bahrvise market has suffered more than 20 million worth of damage due to the fire that broke out on Wednesday afternoon. 5 houses were destroyed by fire. According to local Prem Limbuka, no one was able to take the jewelry, clothes and food from the house.

The fire was brought under control after about 2 hours. The rural municipality has distributed relief to the fire victims. The rural municipality has distributed them 2 sets of kitchen utensils and food. The victims of the fire are living with the help of their relatives and neighbors.

The house of Ram Bahadur Rai, Amrita Rai, Lalsingh Limbu, Shushil Tamang and Nirmala Kalakheti was burnt down by fire, police inspector Ramkumar Lamichhane said. At least 17 people from 5 houses have been displaced by the fire. The fire started from Ram Bahadur Rai's house at 2 pm on Wednesday.

All the five houses damaged by the fire are made of stone and clay. The fire was brought under control by the Nepali army, police and locals.
