In Solududhakund Municipality-2 Thumling, one person died due to fire in a shed. According to the police, 40-year-old Navraj Rai of Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality-1 died in the fire.

District Police Office Solukhumbu Deputy Superintendent of Police Dwarika Prasad Ghimire informed that Khaling was killed when a fire broke out in the grass shed of local force Bahadur Newar at 12 o'clock last night. Khaling was living in a state of destitution. A shed filled with grass caught fire at the scene. It is estimated that Khaling, who was sitting in the same shed on Thursday night, may have started the fire while smoking a cigarette. In the morning, a team including Chief District Officer Anoj Kumar Ghimire, Deputy Superintendent of Police Ghimire and a doctor reached the spot for further investigation into the incident.
