Mrs Maiyankumari Rai, daughter Rinadevi Rai, son Sanjay Kumar Rai and daughter Ravina Rai have established 'Jas-Maiya Kirat Rai Lafehachha Akshay Kosh' on the occasion of the death anniversary of their father Jas Bahadur.
He handed over cash on Friday to give scholarships to Dalit and orphan students from the annual interest of Akshaya Kosh of 1 lakh 11 thousand 111 rupees. 2016 Jas Bahadur Rai, who was born on 16th of July, died on 5th of January 2080. Late Rai is ex-Indian Army. With this, the number of Akshaya Kosh has reached 13 in that school. In the program presided over by the chairman of the school management committee, Kaziman Rai, former head of district coordination committee Khotang, Bobby Chamling, spokesperson of Congress Khotang, Rojan Rai, Congress general committee member Sumanbabu Acharya, leader of Navy Sangh Khotang, Motichandra Rai, teachers, students, parents and others were present.
