A father and son died in a car accident in Morang. District Police Office Morang said that 22-year-old Ashiq Marik and his father Umesh Marik, 45, of Kathari Rural Municipality-1 died in a motorcycle accident in Gramathan Rural Municipality-2 Zhorahat on Sunday morning.
According to the police, the accident happened when the motorcycle ran out of control and crashed into the canal bridge at Jhorahat Chowk on the Ghinaghat-Viratchok road section.
