A drinking water tank with a treatment plant has been constructed in Mathlogaon Siran, Fidim Municipality-1.

Fidim Water and Sanitation Consumer Committee built the tank. The tank was constructed at a cost of Rs. Prakash Gurung, president of the consumer committee, said that the

tank was built specifically for the distribution of water to the consumers of Phidim 1 Mathlogaun (previously Phidim-3). Gurung says that BP Community Forest Consumer Committee has provided one and a half plantation land for tank construction.

The water brought from the spring is processed in the tank. According to the consumer committee, there is a plan to distribute that water to the citizens of Mathlogaon on first priority and mix it with the main tank that is left and send it to the taps of the consumers of Ward No. 2 and 4, including Fidim Bazar.
