Relief funds have been provided to the parents of the children who lost their lives and were injured in the explosion that took place on August 13 in the Dandagaon toll of Phalelung-5, Prangbung.
The funds collected by Falelung Kanchenjunga Tourism Organization, Deep Jyoti Youth Club and Falelung Service Society were jointly distributed on Tuesday. Under the leadership of that organization, 3 lakh 42 thousand 956 cash was collected for the parents of the dead and injured.
Out of this amount, Pooja Sanwa, the mother of Dipsan and Prinsa Sanwa who died, 171,474 rupees and 85,739,000 rupees to the parents of the injured Dipsan Rai and Pawan Rai, the president of Falelung Seva Samaj informed Subwas Rai.
