According to the District Police Office, three people have died last Sunday alone. Sundar Bhandari, 25, of Musikot-1 died after getting electrocuted while fishing with a battery in Muglukhola, Musikot Municipality-3, while on the same day, Ram Bahadur Oli, 47, of Sanibheri Rural Municipality-7, Ward No. 4 of the same municipality, was found dead on an island in the Sanibheri River in Musekhola. Kamala Khatri, 63, of Bafikot Rural Municipality-10 was also found dead on the same day on the Goroto road in Salle, Musikot-1.

On June 20, 40-year-old police constable Nar Bahadur Nepali of Pipalneta, Musikot Municipality-3, died in Kohalpur Banke during treatment, according to police. On the same day, an 18-month-old girl, Angela Pariyar, of Ward No. 8 of the same municipality, died when a tractor hit her in Gattasaina, Athabishkot Municipality-11, police said.

On June 24, 44-year-old Krishna Bahadur Khadka, who was seriously injured when a part of the roof of the toilet collapsed while plastering cement in a house in Serigaun, Musikot-5, died. In addition, according to the latest police data, three people, one from Musikot on June 28, one from Chaurjahari Municipality on June 27, and one from Athabishkot on June 23, committed suicide.

District Police Chief Bed Bahadur Poudel said that the police have initiated various investigations into the suspicious incidents under the mentioned deaths.
