The fourth convocation ceremony of the Midwestern University (MU) was held on Wednesday. 1,928 students will be inducted in the program. MU is organizing the 18th University Assembly and 16th anniversary celebration on the same day. Students who have obtained various degrees at various levels under the university's graduate schools are going to be inducted.
According to which, 1,222 people will be inducted at the undergraduate level, 694 at the postgraduate level and 12 at the Darshanacharya level, said the university's registrar, associate professor Dr. Arjun Bahadur Ayadi.
According to him, 455 students have applied to participate in the convocation ceremony. The program will be chaired by Education and Sports Minister and University Pro-Chancellor Sasmit Pokharel, while the university has stated that educationist Kedar Bhakta Mathema, former Vice-Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, will be the chief guest.
