Jumla's Guthichaur Rural Municipality Chairman Dan Bahadur Budha has joined the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). He joined the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) along with Guthichaur-3 Ward Chairman Indra Bahadur Budha. He was welcomed by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) District Chairman Makkar Bahadur Bhandari. He had won the 2079 local level elections from the Nepali Congress.
Budha had brought more than a hundred Congress workers from Guthichaur with him. The Congress District Working Committee had written a letter to Budha to give an explanation within three days after he did not join the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Budha, who had launched a good governance campaign in the municipality after the Gen-G movement, alleged that capacity and efficiency were not appreciated within the Congress.
Chairman Budha had joined the Maoist 'People's War'. He joined the UML along with the peace process. He joined the Congress after not getting a ticket in the 2074 local level elections. He became the Congress district secretary candidate and lost the election.
