Presenting the policy program for the fiscal year 2083/084 in the provincial assembly, Chief Minister Yamalal Kandel presented the policy and program after the health of the provincial chief became unwell.
Presenting the policy program, Chief Minister Kandel of the Karnali government said that collaboration will be made with the Karnali Health Science Institute to expand and strengthen health services.
The policy program includes a plan to name all hospitals under the province after the provincial government and upgrade them by arranging specialist doctors according to the posts in the hospitals.
The provincial government has also included support for physical infrastructure for hospitals run by local levels with high patient load in the policy program.
