As soon as he received the information, Baral instructed his subordinate Area Police Office Naumule to investigate and find out the truth. After that, a team led by Area Police Chief Police Inspector Rajkumar Thapa reached the spot. According to District Police Chief Baral, the initial investigation conducted by the area revealed that the girl had been raped. After that, the police rescued the victim and took the 49-year-old father, the rape accused, into custody. The police are currently investigating by obtaining additional evidence from the Dailekh District Court. District Police Chief Baral informed that an investigation is underway against the father in a case of rape in a family relationship. According to the police investigation, it has been revealed that the father has been raping his daughter since Shrawan 2082.
According to the statement given by the victim's mother, although she knew about the rape of her daughter, the incident could not be reported to the police after her husband threatened to kill her. In a family with a low economic status, the mother used to earn money and bring her. The mother's statement is that the accused father used to drink liquor every day and beat her and her children at home.
According to the police, there were injuries on the lower part of the girl's body. However, Baral says that the facts will be revealed after the medical examination report comes. The girl is currently being treated under the protection of a social organization in Dailekh.

She says she never imagined that her own father would have such an evil eye on her 12-year-old daughter.
The complaint states that the father, who was drunk, raped her daughter that day and continued to rape her after that. She says that one night after her daughter suddenly screamed, she came to know about her husband's misdeeds, but she could not tell anyone because he threatened to kill her and her daughter if she told anyone.
When her husband's behavior became more aggressive, she informed her sister in Kuwait about her husband's misdeeds. The perpetrator, who was taken into police custody, has stated that he behaved in such a way towards his daughter while he was drunk and thinking of his wife.
