During a program on Tuesday, Karnali Province Speaker Nanda Gurung administered the oath of office and secrecy to Khadka, who then took over as the Secretary of the Karnali Province Assembly.

Newly appointed Secretary of the Karnali Provincial Assembly, Arjun Kumar Khadka, has taken the oath of office and secrecy. 

On Tuesday, during a program, Karnali Provincial Speaker Nanda Gurung administered the oath of office and secrecy to Khadka, and immediately assumed the office of Secretary of the Karnali Provincial Assembly. Chief Minister Yamalal Kandel and other dignitaries were present in Karnali Province. 

Chief Minister Kandel congratulated the newly appointed Secretary Khadka and wished him success in his tenure. Former Joint Secretary of the Government of Nepal, Khadka is a permanent resident of Siddhicharan Municipality-9, Okhaldhunga. Before that, he worked as Joint Secretary of Law in the Federal Parliament Secretariat for five years. He has 40 years of experience in the field of law and justice. Khadka, who holds a doctorate in law, also holds a master's degree in public administration from the National University of Singapore. 

Khadka served on the Constitution Drafting Committee during the drafting of Nepal's constitution.
