After a long wait, the residents of Raskot will be able to get citizenship and national identity cards near their homes. This area includes Raskot Municipality, Sanni Triveni, Pachaljharana, and Palata Rural Municipality.
Area administration will be operational in Raskot, Kalikot from Monday, targeting four local levels here.

Kalikot's Chief District Officer Gokarna Raj Suyal said that employees have been deployed for the area administration office under the leadership of Kamu Branch Officer Nawaraj Bam. 'We are starting the service from Raskot from tomorrow, Monday,' he said, 'It will be convenient for the residents around Raskot.'
Assistant Chief District Officer Janak Sharma said that after the area administration is operational in Raskot, it will be convenient for 50,000 residents of the four municipalities.
