The head of the Durga Secondary School Lamra center designated for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE), Mukunda Raj Sharma, and the inspector Hari Devi Rawal, have been relieved of their posts. Sharma, the head of the center located in Tatopani Rural Municipality-5, is a science teacher.

The District Examination Committee has relieved the head of the center and the inspector of their posts for negligence in the first day's English subject examination that ended on Thursday.

According to Ramesh Luwar, head of the Education Development and Coordination Unit, Jumla, Prem Bahadur Shahi, the principal of the same school, has been appointed as the new head of the center. An answer sheet was said to have been lost on the first day of the examination. It was said that it was found dirty for the second time. After this negligence was reported in the media, a team led by the head of the Education Development and Coordination Unit, Ramesh Luwar, reached the examination center to investigate. The team reached the center at 7 am and investigated till 2 pm.

During the investigation, it was heard that the answer book, which was not found once, was found in a messy state a second time. Chief Luwar said that they were not allowed to go to the examination center for the entire examination period due to great negligence between the time the answer book was lost and found.

A team led by Chief Luwar of the Education Development and Coordination Unit had opened the envelope of the answer book, which was sealed with a seal number 7, in the presence of Chief of Lamra Police Post and SP Deb Bahadur Bohara of the Armed Police Force. He said, "The answer book that was said to be lost was found, but it was decided to relieve the center head of the post, saying that this problem arose due to negligence at the center."

Center head Sharma and the teacher who was the invigilator in room no. 5 for that day's examination were also relieved of their posts. When the answer book was actually studied, no additional answer books were found. But the team has concluded that it was also wrong to keep the same answer sheet round . The newly appointed center head Shahi said that he would not keep those involved in the English subject examination as invigilators . He said, ‘Now the examination will be conducted in a new way with strictness . Initiatives will be taken to make the examination dignified and peaceful .’

142 students from three schools including Ganesh Mavi Ranka, Netrajyoti Mavi Hanku and Himshikhar Mavi Tatopani are participating in the Durga Mavi Lamra center, including grade increase . The Education Development and Coordination Unit, Jumla, has stated that the examination is being conducted peacefully throughout the district . According to Chief Luwar, the work of checking the answer sheets of all the centers is also underway .
