The winter session of the Karnali Provincial Assembly has passed two bills and a resolution. The winter session ended in 13 hours and 42 minutes after holding 10 meetings.

In the winter session, the Provincial Assembly passed the Bill, 2082, to form the Karnali Academy, and some provincial act amendment bills were also passed. During this period, the Karnali Provincial Assembly passed a resolution regarding the operation of air services in the mountainous districts of Karnali.

The winter session of the Provincial Assembly, which lasted for almost two months, has ended with effect from 12 midnight on Sunday.

Karnali Provincial Chief Yagyaraj Joshi had sent a letter to the Provincial Assembly Secretariat on the recommendation of the provincial government ending the seventh session of the second term. During Sunday's session, Speaker Nanda Gurung read out a letter from the Provincial Chief's office announcing the end of the seventh session of the Provincial Assembly and announced the end of the session from 12 midnight on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the provincial assembly members spent most of the time in the meeting exchanging accusations between the government and the opposition. The same accusations were repeated in the closing meeting on Sunday. The ruling party MPs defended the government, while the opposition MPs criticized the government.

In the provincial assembly meeting, the MPs said that the budget implementation of Karnali was weak and demanded a plan to increase the budget implementation. In the provincial assembly meeting, the MPs had claimed that the arrest of KP Oli and Ramesh Lekhak by the Balendra Shah government had pushed the country towards instability.
