The culvert at Bhitti, on the border of Thulibheri Municipality and Tripurasundari Municipality, has been repaired and reopened a day after it collapsed. Vehicle movement on the road section has become easier after the culvert was repaired and reopened.

The culvert, which is under the Bheri Corridor Road Project, collapsed on Saturday afternoon while a truck was moving. To repair the collapsed bridge and bring it back into operation, coordination was made between Thulibheri Municipality Mayor Suvarna Budha, Chief District Officer Junu Hamal, and the Bheri Corridor Road Project Office.

The culvert was reopened after the technical team carried out the repairs. Locals said that with the culvert being reopened, vehicle movement on the road section connecting the district headquarters of Dolpa has become easier.
