The results of 11 constituencies in Karnali have been made public. The results of 11 constituencies out of 12 constituencies in 10 districts have been made public. 

According to the final results of the House of Representatives elections held on Thursday, the Nepali Congress and the Nepali Communist Party (NCP) have won 4/4 seats in Karnali. 

The CPN-UML, the National Independent Party and the National Democracy Party (RPP) have won 1/1 seat. The Congress's Bishnu Bahadur Khadka has won in Surkhet-1, Basna Thapa in Dailekh-1, Khadak Bahadur Budha in Jajarkot and Jayapati Rokaya in Humla have won. 

The NCP's Gopal Sharma has won from Rukum West, Ramesh Kumar Malla from Salyan, Dhan Bahadur Budha from Dolpa, and Mahendra Bahadur Shahi from Kalikot have won. On the other hand, the UML has only won in Dailekh-2, UML's Laxmi Prasad Pokharel. 

In Surkhet, SWA's Ramesh Kumar Sapkota and in Jumla, RPP's Gyan Bahadur Shahi have won. Counting of votes is ongoing in Mugu. According to the initial results, the Congress has maintained its lead in Mugu.
