In Jumla, the initial results show a difference of more than 100 votes between Naresh Bhandari of the NCP and Gyan Bahadur Shahi of the RPP.
Shahi has received 541 votes when 1,245 votes are counted in Ward No. 1 and 2 of Sundari Rural Municipality of Kanaka. Bhandari, who is following him, has received 435 votes. Similarly, Deep Bahadur Shahi of the Nepali Congress has received 154 votes, while Shantilal Mahat of the UML has received 72 votes. Binita Kathayat of the RPP has received 9 votes and Birkha Bahadur Rawat of the NEP has received 3 votes.
According to the Central Election Office, 1,245 votes were counted in the first phase. Judging by the initial results, it is seen that there will be a close contest between the NCP and the RPP.
