Chief District Officer Junu Hamal informed that voting has begun enthusiastically in 65 polling stations so far.
According to Topendra Budhamag, Information Officer of the District Police Office, Dolpa, voting has not yet begun in Kugaun, Karang, Phot, Bijher and Pugmo in She-Phoksundo Rural Municipality.
It is said that voting could not begin due to extreme cold.
