In the House of Representatives elections held on Thursday, 53.99 percent of the votes were cast in Jumla. Out of a total of 71,739 voters, 39,112 or 53.99 percent of the votes were cast in Jumla. According to Assistant Election Officer Harikrishna Timilsena, voting took place from 7 am to 5 pm.

32,627 voters did not participate.  Peaceful voting has been completed at all polling stations in the district. Even though the voting is over, work is underway to bring the ballot boxes. After the ballot boxes are brought to the main election office, preparations are underway to start the counting of votes as per the decision of the all-party meeting. 

A fence with iron rods has been erected at the counting site. The Chief Electoral Officer's office has stated that the counting of votes will be monitored by 10 CCTV cameras and
