The road has reached all the polling stations in the district, making it easier for employees to reach them with voter materials. Only the Riya polling station in Kanakasundari-1 and the Khadduska polling station in Tila-9 in the district have not been reached by road.
Until the last election, most of the polling stations in the district had to be reached on foot, but in this election, vehicles have been brought to all the polling stations. Chief District Officer Deepak Poudel said that vehicles were used to reach the polling stations easily.
‘Earlier, the employees deployed in the elections were suffering. Now, it is easy to reach the center by vehicle,’ he said, ‘It has become easier to provide security to the polling stations and bring and take away the ballot boxes.’ Employees had reached 110 polling stations in Jumla by Monday evening. They have already started the work of managing the polling stations and managing voters.

Government and rented vehicles have been used to transport the voting materials and staff to the polling stations. The highest number of voters is at Ashok Basic School in Chandannath Municipality with 1,073 voters. The lowest number is at the temporary polling station in District Jail Jumla with 19 voters. There are 71,739 voters in Jumla.
Chief District Officer Poudel said that a security management plan has been prepared and implemented at every polling station. He said, ‘Joint patrols of security agencies have started at the polling stations.’ According to him, polling officers, assistant polling officers and voting materials have reached the polling stations. Security personnel have also been deployed along with the polling station staff. The management of the polling stations has been done since Monday. ‘Adequate security management has been done by the District Security Committee,’ he said.
In Jumla, 52 polling stations are highly sensitive due to geographical remoteness, communication difficulties, and poor road network. 25 are sensitive and 21 are normal.
