Chief of Army Staff Sigdel has directed to ensure high alertness and effective security arrangements to conduct the elections in a free, fair and fearless environment.
Chief of Army Staff of Northwest Division Dipesh Jung Shah had informed the Chief of Army Staff about the upcoming election preparations, security situation, sensitive areas, manpower and resource mobilization plans.
