The body of a young man who had gone to the market from home four days ago has been found on a cliff. The body of 40-year-old Bishnu Pandey of Khadachakra 2 Saygada was found on Sunday.
Bishnu, who had gone to Manma Bazaar from his home in Deule on Thursday, was found dead in Deule Bhir on Sunday afternoon, said his relative Bed Prasad Pandey. 'Since he had gone to the market on Thursday, no search was made at his home,' he said. 'After he did not return home for two days, his body was found on Sunday afternoon during a search.'
His postmortem was conducted at the District Hospital in Manma on Sunday evening and he was cremated in the Tilanadi in Serighat on Monday.
Pandey, who had been missing since Thursday evening, was found dead in the gorge of Byalkatiya near Deule Bhir, according to the District Police Office, Kalikot.
