The Nepali Congress District Committee has decided to emphasize organizational strengthening and public relations to turn the results of the House of Representatives elections in its favor.

Congress Jumla 1 (1) Regional Secretary Tirtharaj Neupane said that the strategy has been prepared by including issues that will address the demands of the voters. ‘We have embarked on the campaign by focusing on organization building and public relations,’ he said, ‘We are determined to make the Congress win.’ 

District President Karna Bahadur Shahi said that the internal unity within the party has made the party more likely to win this election. He claimed that there is unprecedented unity in the party now. Central member Ramudevi Khadka said that her candidate will win this time because the party’s organizational base is strong. 

Congress Karnali Province President Lalit Jung Shahi said that all the disagreements within the party have been resolved. ‘Now it seems that the Congress needs to move forward in a new vein,’ he said. It has adopted an effective policy of going to the doorsteps of voters and communicating with voters from general meetings. The Congress has stated that development, employment, education, health and infrastructure should be prioritized.
