District in-charge Bivek Kumal said that the spokesperson was recommended as the sole candidate for the direct route as he is a national leader representing the working people, a martyr's family and a major leader in expanding the Maoist movement in Karnali.
He had won the first Constituent Assembly election of 2064 by getting 27,000 votes.
