Warm clothes were distributed to 50 children studying from early childhood development to grade 3, as learning was being affected due to the cold.

As part of its annual program, the Salyan Society of South Korea has distributed warm clothes to children studying at Balakalyan Secondary School in Bhuwantakuri, Darma Rural Municipality-2.

The organization distributed warm clothes to 50 children studying in the school from kindergarten to grade 3 as the cold weather was affecting their studies. 

Principal Kavi Kumar Chand said that the distribution of warm clothes has brought great relief to the children as their studies are being affected due to the increasing cold weather. He said that after receiving warm clothes, it was easier for the students to study in the classroom. 

Mohan Reul, treasurer of Salyani Society South Korea, said that the warm clothes were distributed so that the studies of children from poor families would not be affected due to the cold weather. He informed that the organization has been providing various kinds of assistance to those in trouble from time to time.
