Police have arrested a 38-year-old father from his home. Police Inspector Purna KC, Information Officer of the District Police Office, Salyan, said that the arrested man has been kept in the custody of the District Police Office, Salyan.
He informed that further investigation into the incident is underway after the time limit was extended by the District Court, Salyan.
According to him, the 38-year-old father raped his 14-year-old daughter on Asho 26, and a few days later, the incident came to light when the mother saw him trying to rape her while no one was around.
