The 71-year-old died on Monday at the Karnali Provincial Hospital in Surkhet during treatment. He was suffering from kidney disease.
He had become a member of the Nepali Congress on the proportional representation side in the 2074 BS provincial assembly elections. He was the Minister of Social Development of Karnali Province.
