The foundation says that after realizing her financial condition, food, clothes, stationery and other items were provided based on the same material.
Roopdhani's family of seven members is financially poor. They are forced to work as laborers to make ends meet. She told that she celebrated Dashain by bringing a sack of rice from a niece .
Understanding the support received, Roopdhani thanked the foundation for helping her family's plight.
Many Dalits like her do not have their own land for farming. Since there is no land to cultivate, they are traditionally dependent on labor.
