Five people who were involved in a jeep accident in Humla's Chankheli rural municipality-4 Desikhola were rescued and brought to Surkhet by Nepalese army helicopter.

Jakriti Rokay, Parvati Sira, Kailash Sira, Bahadur Lama and Mahendra Rokay, who were seriously injured in the accident, were taken to Karnali Pradesh Hospital Kalagaon on Friday by an army helicopter, according to army pilot Major General Deephwaj Khadka. 

As the condition of the injured is serious, the Piplang health post immediately referred the provincial hospital to Surkhet.
