Kapurkot rural municipality-3 Rapti highway blocked due to a landslide near Chorkhola has been opened. After the dozer removed the landslide, the blocked Rapti highway was opened.

After the landslide, the highway was blocked from 11 am on Friday. After the road was opened, the stopped passenger vehicles have gone to their destination.

Police Inspector Baburam Basnet, Information Officer of District Police Office Salyan, said that the highway was opened an hour after the dozer removed the landslide that fell on Bansbari Ghumti near Chorkhola.
