Six people from Rolpa fell ill after eating wild mushrooms in Dolpa.

According to the police, those who fell ill are 30-year-old Lalkumar Roka, 37-year-old Seema Roka, 50-year-old Gaure Roka, 60-year-old Rupi Rokay Roka, 70-year-old Bimala Ghartimar and 35-year-old Prem Ghartimar of Sunchahari Rural Municipality-1.

All those who fell ill were living in Thuliberi Municipality-3 Dunai.

Deputy Superintendent of Police of District Police Office Dolpa Ruk Bahadur Khadka informed that all the patients were discharged after about 11 hours of treatment at the District Hospital Dolpa on Thursday afternoon.

DSP Khadka urged the common people to use mushrooms only after identifying them because mushrooms are found everywhere during the rainy season and poisonous mushrooms are dangerous.
