dr. Rokaya did his MD in Orthopedics and Narcotics from Teaching Hospital Maharajganj Kathmandu. Karnali Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Orthopedics and Narcotics, Dr. Rokaya was a long-time member-secretary of the Institutional Review Committee of the Foundation.
