Bagchaur municipality has arranged for free ambulance service for pregnant women who have to be referred if they cannot give birth in the health institution.
Municipal chief Janakraj Gautam said that the municipality has provided free ambulance service so that pregnant women with poor economic conditions can easily reach the hospital with facilities and do not die prematurely.
The municipality has also allocated a budget for free ambulance service for pregnant women with complex problems from the 14th Municipal Assembly.
