Purna Bahadur Khadka, Deputy Chairman of Nepali Congress, has said that even though the government at all three levels is stable due to the merger of two major political parties, there are some complaints in the work.

He said that there are complaints that there is no delivery even though there is political stability, and he said that the work is being done to share the dissatisfaction from the politicians in power. 

"Since Nepali Congress and CPN-UML have come together, the government from the union to the local level has now been stabilized," Deputy Chairman Khadka said while addressing the activists in Birendranagar, the capital of Karnali province, "They are working to share dissatisfaction by sitting in tea-chautaris." He said that the work done by the federal, state and local governments was reviewed in the meeting.

"The party constitution provides that people who are not satisfied with the decision made by the central disciplinary committee can appeal to the central working committee through the central chairman," he said.

Deputy Chairman Khadka said that the law has empowered the district to distribute active membership, renewal etc. "This is the first duty of the organization to be regularized," he said, "proceed the distribution and renewal of party membership as a continuous campaign."
