Police have arrested 10 gamblers with cash of Rs. According to the Information Officer of the District Police Office, Jumla, Police Inspector Asim Hamal, 9 gamblers including the owner of Hotel Om Hima, Urmila Budha, were arrested.

On the basis of secret information that they were playing Juwatas, a police team of 10 people led by Inspector Asim Hamal, who went from District Police Office Jumla, arrested them.

The police raided the Om Hima Hotel run by Urmila Budha in Lasibazar, which is about 15 kilometers east of Khalanga, the headquarters of Jumla. According to the District Police Office Jumla, Ram Budha who lives in Patarasi-4, Dhan Bahadur Budha who lives in Patarasi-5, Shyam Bahadur Reule, Karna Budha, Nain Budha, Govind Budha, Purnasinh Mahtara who lives in Patarasi-6, Gorakh Budha, and Anil Khadka who lives in 7 have been taken into police custody. 

Recently, District Police Office Jumla has been running a campaign to control gambling and drugs. Recently, the police, who are spreading awareness at the settlement level about the destruction of wealth and property, have started raids as soon as they get signs of gambling.
