Three people were arrested with drugs in Surkhet.

Surkhet police have arrested three people with the drug Tramadol from Nayagaon located in Birendranagar Municipality-10. According to the district police office Surkhet, a joint police team deployed from the district police office Surkhet and the drug control branch arrested three people with the drug tramadol on the basis of a secret information.

18-year-old Sunil Shahi of Raskot Municipality-5 of Kalikot, Navaraj Bohora of Tilagufa Municipality-3 and Dinesh Bista of Chamundavindrashaini Municipality-4 of Dailekh were detained, informed DSP Mohanjung Budthapa, spokesperson of District Police Office Surkhet.

He said that 163 tablets of tramadol were found during a search of the house in a suspicious condition. He said that further investigations are being conducted after taking them under control.
