The Karnali government, which has continued most of the old plans in terms of infrastructure and ministerial programs, has launched new programs including the establishment of an apple board in the next financial year 2082/83, 'Karnali Investment Fund', 'Karnali Startup Fund', 'Business Incubation Center', 'Make in Karnali' and 'Made in Karnali' for youth self-employment.

Economic Affairs and Planning Minister Rajeev Vikram Shah announced the budget of 32.99 billion 66.55 thousand rupees on Sunday.

In the next year's budget, 250 million crores have been allocated as seed capital to establish 'Karnali investment fund' to attract investment in Karnali. Similarly, Finance Minister Shah said that ``Karnali Startup Fund'' and ``Business Incubation Center'' will be established to create an environment for the development of new enterprises targeting young people with innovative ideas in the province. According to him  2 crore rupees have been set aside for marketing the goods and services produced by such industries. He informed that under 'Make in Karnali' and 'Made in Karnali' campaign, Koseli house will be put into operation for the marketing of Raithane products to attract private investors . Likewise, an interest subsidy program is about to be started on loans based on entrepreneurship targeting the earthquake-affected youth of Jajarkot, Rukum West and Salyan. In which 6 crores have been set aside to promote small and medium enterprise business.  

The Karnali government has introduced a loan interest subsidy program for businessmen, cooperatives, firms, companies and farmer groups who are doing agricultural business on more than 5 hectares of land next year . According to which, a budget of 102 million 22 million has been allocated to provide interest subsidy to agricultural businesses and fruit growers on more than 2 hectares of land . Similarly, for the expansion and promotion of apple cultivation, 140 million has been allocated for the formation of an apple board and for the expansion of cultivation. In terms of tourism, 345 million has been allocated to develop Simkot, the headquarters of Humla as a gateway to Mansarovar-Kailash, to develop Kharpu-Simkot model integrated tourism infrastructure and to make the ancient Ringbo settlement on the shores of She-Foksundo lake a model to promote tourism. 

Also, the provincial government has allocated 740 million for the integrated administrative building to transfer the ministries of the provincial government to the integrated place. The goal of the state government is to complete the building within 3 years. The Karnali government is launching the first climate resilient landscape and livelihood project in Salyan, Rukum West and Mugu. Finance Minister Shah said that 6 crore rupees have been allocated for this purpose.

In order to reduce the risk and impact of disasters in the next year's budget, a collective disaster risk accident insurance program has been launched for all the houses and citizens of Karnali. Minister of Economic Affairs and Planning Shah said that 50 million rupees have been allocated for this program which was started last year. Similarly, subsidy on dairy products has also been continued. According to which farmers in Himalayan districts will be given a subsidy of Rs 10 per liter and hilly districts will be given a subsidy of Rs 5 per liter.
