The driver died in an auto accident in Jumla. 44-year-old Ran Bahadur Kunwar was killed in an auto accident in Bhotchaur, Tila rural municipality 4 of the district.
Baiju Mahato, a constable of police station Kudari, informed that the auto accident took place from Tatopani rural municipality 1 Ranka village to Tatopani 7 Sarmigaon on Friday.
According to him, the auto fell 60 meters below the road. The driver was seriously injured in the accident. He was brought to Karnali Institute of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital Jumla for treatment.
Police said that he died at 5:40 am during the treatment. The police said that the cause of the auto accident is being investigated. The body of the deceased has been kept at the mortuary of the Karnali Academy of Health Sciences.
