There has been a clash between the locals of two villages who went to collect yarsa at Thange Lake in Dolpa. A clash broke out between residents of Kaike Rural Municipality-2 and Thuliberi Municipality-1 Thala after a border dispute arose on Saturday afternoon.

Chief District Officer Rom Bahadur Mahat informed that the locals of two villages had a fight by pelting stones from Bhir. Police Inspector Manish Thapa of District Police Office Dolpa informed that the armed police fired two rounds in the air to control the clash. According to him, there was a dispute between the two villagers about who would be allowed to collect yarsa and where.
