An infection in the mother's brain and the heartbeat of the baby in the womb is low.
'It took three days to reach the district hospital from Chankheli,' she said, 'The baby has been in the womb for only 8 months, but the mother has many problems. We have sent them to the state hospital because they have equipment and facilities so that the lives of the mother and baby can be saved.'
