Hari Bahadur Kathayat, Acting Chief Administrative Officer of Bagchaur Municipality said that it was not valid because some documents were not delivered and it was only theoretical and it was not valid after the paper process was reached. He stated that although the municipality is trying to reduce the number of people, it is difficult to reduce it to zero due to small errors.
