Rashmi Pariyar of Kharpunath Rural Municipality of Humla also came to tell her story in the daughter conference. She said that she was suffering from discrimination due to caste from the society. It is the grief of Pariyars who had to be neglected when they were discriminated on the basis of caste. He feels that the situation of not being able to study with his family is very distressing.

Humla has fallen behind in every index of development. Studying is not good . You can study only for three to four months . After passing SEE, it is very difficult to study when you come down,' she said. In government schools, we don't even have basic English skills. It causes us a lot of problems.'
