Her husband has been arrested on charges of murdering Prema Oli, who was found dead in Surkhet's Veriganga Municipality-12 Jhigenara river on Sunday. The husband who killed 26-year-old Oli of Gurvakot municipality-5 has given a statement to the police.
According to District Police Office Surkhet, the husband, Jackson Khatri, who had called Chinchu to pick up the goods, threw a stone on his head and fought.
Khatri went to Gurvakot home from the scene of the incident at 8 pm on Saturday, police said. Khatri has given a statement that he killed Prema alone and suspicion was the main reason. In the statement, he said that the relationship was good for the first few years of his marriage with Prema, and when he gradually became more suspicious, the relationship has not been good for five years.
DSP Mohanjung Budthapa, spokesperson of District Police Office Surkhet, said that the incident happened due to a domestic dispute. According to him, Khatri is being investigated by extending the deadline from the court.
