Nepal Telecom's high speed FTTH service has been extended in Tripurasundari municipality of Dolpa.

According to Telecom's policy of extending high-speed internet service to various municipalities in the district, the service has also been extended to Tripurasundari municipality.

Mayor Janchandra Rokayal Prashiddha Shaktipith Bala Tripurasundari started the service from the temple. With the expansion of this type of service, citizens will be able to get internet, telephone, and NNTV services, informed Dayavikram KC, head of the Dolpa Telecommunication Office.

It is said that work is being done to expand the service to other municipalities in the district. According to the Telecommunication Office, the speed of extended internet service will be from 50 Mbps to 1 GB.
