The Chief Minister of Karnali Province, Yamlal Kandel, has instructed the ministers and secretaries to speed up the implementation of the capital budget.

In the review of the progress of the third quarter of the current financial year, Chief Minister Kandel directed to speed up the implementation of the budget as the remaining period is important in the implementation of the budget.

The state government has set a target of implementing 80 percent of the budget in the current financial year. Chief Minister Kandel drew the attention of the ministers and secretaries to the fact that despite his tireless efforts in good governance and budget implementation, no satisfactory progress has been achieved.

He said, "We have been working hard since July". But we could not get the reward of our hard work.'' Chief Minister Kandel said that some works have been stalled by the tradition of sending only letters to the work of their respective ministries.

Chief Minister Kandel has also instructed to start preparing the next year's policy and program and budget. He directed the ministers to prepare the budget in a way that the people feel more than traditional budgets and programs.
