The Rapti highway has been blocked since 3 pm today due to the landslides that came along with the continuous rain. The highway was blocked due to a landslide at some places near Chorkhola of Kapurkot Rural Municipality.
As the highway was blocked, dozens of passenger vehicles and their passengers were stranded on the road. Since the road is not open for a long time, some are forced to walk and some are sitting in their cars.
