Surkhet has raided the office of Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority in Surkhet Valley Urban Development Committee.
The team of the Surkhet office raided the complaint that Khadak Rana, the accountant of the committee, had embezzled 30 million rupees. Based on the
complaint, the Authority has seized cash receipts and other documents. The authority's team searched the office of the Valley Urban Development Committee for about two hours. Information Officer Dharmaraj Khatri informed that the document was seized after the
complaint. According to him, further investigation is underway.
